Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for parcel loss or delays when customers choose standard shipping.
We offer premium shipping at an additional cost, which includes insurance and tracking for added security.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations cannot be made once the order has been shipped. If the package is already in transit, the order can no longer be canceled.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in Asia.
